I dont think so , I think it was a guess about which date the beta is going to be launched. But I belive it wont be launched tommorow because there are still some work that unfinished.
Yup, im planning a test very soon that has to do with shops and transport of shop orders, i will post on it soon. Btw i updated the thread on shops under city development as the shop system is almost done.
And its quite clear that we are not ready for a beta at present - i bought a pack of cigarates today and the company (house of prince) has a compaign going on their new design on packs which they are working on - now it simply says "QUALITY TAKES TIME"
We are not making a summer vacation mod, it takes time to code a mod that will be played for years. So far i coded well over 10.000 lines and im not sloppy with it.
+1 hehe, but after you finish the current projects under development I think its time to launch the beta.

I suppose school can't have that much of an effect unless you're sloppy like me. I actually ignore alot of schoolwork, but even if I didn't I'd have enough time to do some SAMP in the evenings, homework only takes maximum an hour.
